Be careful with size selection.
Just got it. Seems to be just what I wanted. I have a 34 waist when buying pants and ordered a medium, which goes up to to 37. I think that if you are 36 or 37 you should go up a size. There only seems to be about 2" of overlap for the velcro when I put it on.

Nice cover
It fits well. Had to buy some more Velcro to cover the spikey Velcro that was exposed. It hurt my back but was easy to remedy.

Hook side of velcro touching your sike was a major fail
For the $65 I paid for this I think whoever designed this should be embarrassed. The velcro, to its credit, is insanely effective. So effective to try and pull it apart ripped the stitching holding the velcro part to the belt the 3rd time I took it off. The inexcusable fail was them putting the rough side of the velcro on the half that if not perfectly aligned will scratch against your skin until you inevitably struggle to tear the thing off in frustration. Big props to the manufacturer for price gouging customers for a subpar product. Having a stoma sucks enough, now I have a $65 spandex piece of regret to go with it
