I don’t know why the refurbished microwave missing this. This solves the problem of none spinning plate.

Seems to be pretty Universal as it fit my microwave without me measuring. Works fine so far....I did think there were two in the package based off the picture and had I know there was only one I would probably have went with a different one that actually did come as a pair for the same price.

The perfect fix for my squeaking microwave turntable. This was an economical repair as I thought I would have to buy a whole new microwave to stop the noise.

Bought a motor at the same time as buying the coupler. Even though motor and coupler were supposed to work together, the coupler would not fit on the motor shaft.Update-called customer service and credit was issued.I returned both items to Staples at the same time. I received a refund for the motor but Amazon says the coupler was never received. They were in the same package, how is that possible.Poor service all the way around.

This would not fit my Panasonic NN-T994SF microwave. It was a waste of time and money.
