I’m 52 and post-menopausal with mature, dry skin, and this Abib Airy Sunstick has become my absolute go-to for sunscreen reapplication. I travel with it, keep one in my purse, and even keep one in the car because it’s just that easy and reliable. This is not the primary SPF I apply in the morning, but it is hands down one of the best options I’ve found for reapplying throughout the day. The texture is incredibly smooth and lightweight, and it glides effortlessly over the skin without tugging or dragging. What really sets it apart is how invisible it is once applied — no white cast, no streaks, and no heavy or greasy feel. One of the biggest advantages is that it works beautifully over makeup. I can swipe it on during the day without disturbing foundation or blush, which makes consistent sun protection much more realistic. It leaves a soft, semi-matte finish that looks clean and natural, not shiny or cakey. Despite how lightweight it feels, it’s very comfortable on mature skin. It doesn’t emphasize texture, settle into fine lines, or feel drying. My skin stays comfortable, and the finish remains smooth even after multiple applications. This is exactly the kind of sunscreen product that makes reapplication easy and practical, especially when you’re on the go. If you travel, spend time outdoors, or just want a mess-free way to reapply SPF during the day, this is an excellent option. I always repurchase this and wouldn’t want to be without it.

I've never written an Amazon review, and I literally came on here to do exactly that for this product. I normally shop beauty products exclusively through a popular luxury retailer due to concerns around product authenticity (and in terms of skincare, fake product is likely to cause barrier damage which I don't want to deal with, I've had some horror stories in the past which I won't go into) - however - I have been utilizing Amazon to sparingly and cautiously try out popular K-beauty faves. Sunscreen is a hard product to find a match for me, personally. Either it leaves a whitecast (even with lighter skin), leaves a greasy finish, isn't makeup compatible, breaks me out, or costs me at least $50 to find something that doesn't do any of these things :( I bought this on a whim because I ran out of other options at that pricey retailer, and well, I am absolutely floored. Everything about this just works! Firstly, I find the packaging appealing and the product really easy to both handle and apply - I love that I don't have to use my fingers and introduce germs onto my face. The product itself has a light inoffensive scent, and glides on completely clear and buttery smooth. I have sensitive, combination skin with dry patches, and it's there, that product can look unflattering. Not with this. This actually smoothed over my dry patches, felt moisturizing, and didn't accentuate any subtle crepe-iness in those spots. My skin can get dry, but I think if you have oily skin this will still work, because this played well with the oilier parts of my face. It felt weightless on my face and couldn't feel it at all. When I applied makeup over this application, it seemed to act as a moisturizing prep step and helped everything lay down smoothly. Makeup stayed on as it usually does, and by the end of the day, no grease or slipperiness. When I went to take my makeup off after a full 8 hour day, I didn't see any preliminary irritation that leads to breakouts either. My face can get easily irritated, red, and if the sunscreen hasn't worked properly, will leave reddish sensitive spots when I do my skincare routine. Not with this. My face actually felt very calm throughout my cleansing process (and even afterwards!), and I am absolutely blown away by how perfect this has been for my skin. My skin actually looks really dewy and healthy after washing everything off which is not a regular thing for me, I'm glowing! I am thrilled I will never have to pay $50 for sunscreen again!

PRODUCT [Abib Airy Sunstick Protection Bar SPF50+ Broad Spectrum, Semi-Matte Sunscreen Stick] Firstly, a quick overview : I’m a young adult with acne-prone, oily skin (reactive to dehydration) and a strict "no-touch" policy for facial hygiene. I basically don't wear makeup. Because I prioritize skincare over cosmetics (I'll wear eyeliner or mascara here and there, though), I try to be highly diligent about sunscreen. My HG was the Hada Labo UV Perfect Gel, (Sounds as good as it was... It felt like water gel dried like it was never there) but since it’s no longer available on Amazon US *sigh* (ˊᴖˋ ) ...However! Im consistently using this product, now! On with the product review... PROs - Oddly MOISTURIZING - Package contents are of a GOOD AMOUNT, and has especially GOOD LONGEVITY which is VERY EFFICIENT for the price. - Packaging is FUNCTIONAL and easy to use. "Twist Up-Apply-Twist Down" packaging feature is EASY TO USE and not problematic in any way. - GREAT way to practice facial HYGIENE and SKIN PROTECTION especially ON THE GO and in TRAVEL situations. P. S. I use it because it's quick and easy to re-apply as needed; It's fairly small so I toss it in my school bag or put it in my pocket! - Price is ok. The price is definitely not worth complaining about, but I wish everything, but I wish everything in general was more of a "good deal". Can't please everyone though. - I like how the packaging and the contents are in a "CONTOUR" shape. It makes it very EASY TO GLIDE on to the face! CONs - The "Semi Matte" claim on this product is completely bogus. I wear this sunscreen on my bare face as a moisturizer because it can and I do consider it to be especially heavy and oily with a moisturizer on. So, by putting this on my bare face I feel it's better balanced out, because it is bordering heavy/oily/shiny. - I DO NOT KNOW if this is a good sunscreen or reapplication over makeup because I don't really wear makeup. To be honest, I don't even know if reapplication over makeup its as easy as it sounds or even possible for that matter. I wouldn't know. Overall, I've almost "panned" it, and while I am a bit disappointed that it wasn't as "Semi-Matte" as I was expecting and had hoped, this product is just to efficient and easy to re-apply and bring along in exchange for easy and quick sun protection, while still practicing facial hygiene for my acne prone skin. *I'd say this was a good value product for the money spent, and I'll probably re-order it! *It's definitely been my ally when it comes to being a busy college student, student worker, martial arts student, grocery shopper and whatever.. basically busy, average everyday person, but who wants age like wine, and all that jazz. I have only used this during spring when mostly indoors, so I cannot speak to the sun protection, but as a daily skincare product I am satisfied! The feel of this product is like a satiny/powdery primer. This is not a moisturizer, just SPF, but doesn't dry my skin out. Once applied, it takes a little rubbing in and waiting for it to absorb, but not too long. It makes my oily acne prone skin look satiny and smooth. I didn't notice any extra oiliness after a full day of wear and it feels very lightweight. The stuck is quite wide, about 2.5 inches, and the curved shape makes for easy application.its about the size of a travel deodorant so fits in pockets and small purses. I have also tried the product on my arms, and it feels a little slippery at first, but absorbs after a short time. With just 0.81oz, I would say this is more cost effective for facial use. Great product to keep in your purse and give you sun protection on the go. Easy to apply, doesn’t leave any white cast or residue. It works very well on my mature skin (51 F). However, it caused acne on my 15 year old daughter and that’s the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars.

Wow! This face stick might be magic. I’ve applied it to my hand and my face immediately upon arrival. It has this super matte, almost powder quality instead of waxy, greasy, or chalky. It has a very clean, mild scent. Portable, solid so it doesn’t leak and it rolls on very very easily. I like the shape of the stick because I feel like it’s really ergonomic to your face and gets into all the crevices. The best thing about this in particular and why I know already buy another one is because it is so different in texture from other faces that I’ve used just the matte non-greasy finish is unbelievable. Bravo.

This product is wonderful and worth the price ! The sunstick is so buttery smooth and blends well , no residue. Even putting over makeup it does not cake or get greasy . So easy to throw in purse , great quality and the curve of the stick makes it so nice for forehead , under eyes etc . Love this !!!

I really love this sunscreen. I usually wear a liquid sunscreen first and use this abib airy sunscreen to reapply throughout the day bc it’s an easy no mess application. It’s almost matte but not 100% matte bc it is sunscreen and I think all sunscreen will end up having some sort of shine. But compared to other sunscreens this one is perfect for someone with an oily face. Technically it is matte but if you have an oily face it’s not like it’s going to dry your face up and soak up all your oil. I don’t think it’s leaves your makeup intact. If you wear makeup under it’s easy to apply but it’s not going to leave your makeup like perfection bc it is sunscreen after all. Overall I love this sunscreen.
