Solved the problem with smear marks
I had previously bought a non-Samsung imaging unit at half the price of Samsung's. But I was getting a lot of smear marks on the prints. Replaced with the manufacturer's version and everything is fine now. There is a moral to this story ....

Grrrr Samsung!
Let me be clear I loath giving this item 5 stars but there is technically nothing wrong with it. I just wish I knew that buying these would be a cost of owning the printer.

Limited by a Page Counter
It works perfectly but I'm a bit disgusted that the printer refused to operate after a certain count on the old one. The old one was also working perfectly when it reached its final count. Printer was still under warranty but I can't see myself paying the very high price of a genuine one again.

Delivered within a few days of ordering in actual Samsung boxing so seems to be the genuine article at the best price around. Easy to remove the old and fit the new. Just annoyed that when we purchased the printer we did not realise the imaging unit would need to be replaced as well as the toner cartridges.

Dreadful
It continually leaves ink on the paper when the paper is in the tray. Then printer gets smeared and leaves a real mess.Has caused no end of problems since I bought it. Presumably faulty - but would expect better quality than this from HP-Samsung

The product has breathed new life into my printer. It was exactly as described, the correct part for the Samsung printer I have and was a piece of cake to install, even for someone like me who is not very techy. I am thrilled that I do not have to shopping for another printer. Well worth the money.

Versand:Da ich diese Bildtrommel im Auftrag meines Freundes bestellen sollte, kann ich leider über die Verpackung nicht viel berichten, allerdings meine er das, dass Produkt sehr gut verpackt war.Wie versprochen war die original Bildtrommel die ich am Samstag bestellte, am Montag drauf da!2 SterneKaufgrund:Kaufentscheidung hier war ganz klar der Preis.Der Freund rief mich an und meinte sein Drucker geht nicht mehr, nachdem ich das Gerät in Augenschein nahm, hatte ich festgestellt, dass die Bildtrommel zwar nicht defekt, aber über den vorher registrierten Seiten war.Jetzt hätten wir einen Resetter kaufen können, dieser hätte aber 15 - 20 € gekostet.Ein Bildtrommel nachbau liegt preislich für dieses Gerät bei ca. 40 €, was er aber nicht wollte.Bei den meisten Angeboten der original Trommel bewegt man sich so bei 80 - 100 € und das ist für einen 3 Jahre alten Drucker zuviel, bis wir hier einen guten Preis angeboten bekommen haben.1 Stern!Die Ware selbst:Eingebaut war die Bildtrommel recht schnell und der Drucker hat sich damit überreden lassen, wieder zu drucken.Nach der 2. Packung Papier ist immer noch ein gutes Bild erzielt, keine streifen oder ähnliches.2 Sterne!Damit die volle Punktzahl Danke!
