Never again!
I was so excited to see the phrase "blue corn" that I didn't read the product information carefully enough. Turns out, the only thing blue about the corn or tacos was the bucketloads of coloring they added to the dough--making the tacos a bright turquoise color bearing no resemblance to any natural edible product that I've ever seen.
