Krusteaz Gluten Free Meyer Lemon Bar Mix, 18.42 oz Box (Pack of 8)

So darn quick and easy to put together. Looks appetizing. Best of all it’s yummy and non gluten intolerant people like it too! None of that gluten free taste that usually attaches itself to gluten free baked goods. I have added a bit of lemon zest on occasion. Adds a touch of tartness without altering the outcome of the mix. Delicious!! I highly recommend this boxed treat for anyone who is gluten intolerant or gluten free by choice.

I have never been more excited for a gluten free product. I am a fan of the Krusteaz brand for gluten free and the lemon bar did not disappoint. Super easy instructions and recipe to follow. Tasted like actual lemon bars!

I sprayed the pan as instructed, the crust glued itself to the pan. Very sweet, lemon was secondary to sugar taste. This is a case of 8, kinda disappointing I have to eat 7 more. I’ll add lemon zest next time and maybe spray the heck out of the pan. Kids wouldn’t eat them a second time.

Had to add real lemon. The crust was excellent. High sugar content. When I didn’t add lemon it was no flavor

Wanted to have a variation from regulary brownies/cookies for the holidays so tried these. They do not disappoint! No one could tell they were GF and very suprised when they found out .. PLUS I tried the alternate recipe on the box that allows for a layered look with a topping ... totally worth it.. Cooking Tip - if you do the variation the mix will combine into one when you pour to go into the oven.. it will separate as it bakes - so you didn't do anything wrong !

Love the taste, that it's gluten free and easy to make but was horrified to realize it wasn't non gmo! My daughter already has allergies and I don't want to make them worse! Needless to say I won't be ordering it again unless the company goes non gmo!
