Have just discovered this foot tool. I have plantar fascitis in my left heel. This device allows for some serious foot, arch, calve stretches. I was using lots of other tools before this purchase. I haven't used it long enough for it to completely heal my foot, but will report back after several weeks usage. So far I'm impressed with its capabilities to do the big toe stretch, little toe stretch, basic arch stretch, calve raise and calve stretch. I had to look up information online to know how to use it, because it only came with very basic instructions. There is bending the knee, straightening the knee, your other foot in front or behind and in a raised off the floor position. I couldn't hold the stretch for the 30-45 seconds at first, but finally increased to the 30 second hold. It takes practice to use it efficiently, though it seems simple, it's a learning curve and is more strenuous than you would think.

Since the first use, I felt pain relief. The stretch is real after you get the trick of where to put your foot . It’s very sturdy and not difficult to use.

This product works well for curing foot pain ( be patient and give it time). the more impressive thing is how well thought out and carefully designed the product is. It is well made with nice materials.

At first I thought this was going to be a perfect tool but the base is very hard and it puts a lot of pressure on your forefoot. I have a moderate bunion and 2nd, 3rd toe capsulitis so putting that pressure doesn't help. Put I have finally put my plantar fasciitis at bay so this may have helped with my recovery. I think it was good tool for stretching my arch if anything. Using this and doing other exercises will help!

Sounds to good to be true, huh!! Well like with everything you need to keep using it and you will see progress. I had ankle surgery and stretching to get mobility back in my foot and ankle was key. This allows for that and it allows you to scale up over time as you progress. Pros: * Works at eliminating foot pain * Increases mobility * Helps progress you at your speed Cons: * it's a little big * a bit awkward at first It did help, would I buy again yeah but it's a tool you usually work out of and use only when you need so you have to store it. I find I have a collection of things that barely get used so

This product works great, I love it. Can't say enough good things about how well it works. I would definitely recommend it to others

I've had it for quite some time now and I've tried using it numerous different times and I just can't find a way that easy. I'll start to feel a stretch but I can't hold it for long enough for it to improve anything. but with that being said I can't think of what improvesments would solve that....

I have terrible plantar fasciitis, and I thought this would be helpful, but I found it hard to use and returned it. I gave this three stars because I think that there may be some uses for this that are helpful, just not for what I needed it for.
