This is a fantastic product. easy to fit and converts a bog standard bike into a fantastic E-bike. The only alteration i had to do was re site the battery to the top bar by drilling a couple of holes but i think it looks even better sited there. Overall would recommend to anyone

What a brilliant piece of kit! Arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and includes everything you need, including tools.Easy to convert my bike to an E-bike. Be warned though that, if like me, your bottle cage mounts on the Dow tube are too low you will need to drill new ones and fit rib nuts to securely fix the battery mounting. Just take your time and it will be fine. Motor is powerful enough to make anything up to a 20% hill possible, but you’ll know you’ve been working by the top!! All in all possibly the best purchase I’ve made and highly recommended!!! FYI I’m a 66 year old 145lbs male, so if I can, you definitely can!!!

I purchased the 29er version (called 28" or 700C here). Fitting was simple, it took me about 2 hours total, probably the hardest thing was removing my handlebar grips. All required tools were supplied.This review is after 3 weeks of use.The supplied brake levers are quite cheap, and since my current break levers are combined with gear shifters I only fitted one and removed the front derailleur. The battery/motor is quite heavy which means it is hard to use the bike without electric assist, but with assist it is great. With the top setting the bike will keep a constant speed of 20MPH (after switching to this max speed) on all but the biggest hills, where it will slow down to about 16MHP (obviously this will depend on your bike and your weight, if you are larger it will not go as fast). The battery is usually down to 2/5 bars after about 13 miles, I haven't yet felt the need to find the total distance it will go.I fitted the handlebar throttle (which I think technically is illegal in the UK) and that is great for starting off, as the pedal sensor seems to have a small delay.Overall I am very happy with this kit, it seemed like good value for money. As others have mentioned the cables are very long and a bit untidy, but I guess they want to cater for as many people as possible with one kit.

I bought this E bike kit only to start having problems 4 months after use within 5 months I dissembled & assembled the kit 2 times before I reported to the seller who said it was the controller not the sensor or throttle,so a controller was sent after a week, fitted new controller,yes working,No only for it to start playing up 15minutes on my way to work,so contact seller saying still problems,his answer was it's the sensor we are out of stock for 7 weeks here is £20 go buy a new one from someone.....

Very easy to fit. I drilled a hole at the side of the crossbar near the headset and two at the bottom to make a slot and threaded all the wiring inside the crossbar and makes it look more tidy. I can't see it weakens the frame at all. Also the motor is half as noisy as a bafang motor on my other bike. The sensor that fits on the left bottom bracket seems to be very slow and kicks in after about one revolution of the peddals. I had a spare for the right side and a plastic disc with twelve magnets and the motor kicks in after a quarter of a turn. Apart from that I'm very pleased.

Totally transformed an old bike I had in the shed. Replaced the car for local shopping and the motor manages easily with two loaded panniers.Developed a problem after 10 months and nearly 700 miles, a few e-mails back and forth and a video for fault finding and a new integrated controller was quickly sent out. No more problems and back up and running in days.Excellent customer service and aftersales.

Ordered a kit for my 26 rear hud on Sunday eve, delivered in less than 2 days. Fitted within the hour and went out for a blast on it. Quality service, quality item and at a very reasonable price. Makes this 53 year old happy to be getting fitter without burning myself out 👍

I have been using it for 2 months, and it's been fantastic, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the battery life is already reducing. Per charge In the begging I was getting 80 miles per charge, now after 2 months it's down to 60 miles per charge. Most likely it's a faulty battery.

Habe mir dieses Set nun schon das 2te mal bestellt.Erstes Set um heraus zu finden ob es was taugt, 2tes Set, weil es was taugt.Verpackung / Lieferzeit Set:War grundsätzlich gut verpackt, kam jeweils innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen an.- Zum Set Lieferumfang generell:Alles notwendige dabei zur Montage wie Pedalabzieher, Inbussatz, Befestigungsmaterialien, Werkzueg zum Ritzelwechsel.Was aber fehlt und bedacht werden sollte: Felgenband! Hier muss man bestehendes entfernen & verwenden oder extra bedenken/kaufen! Den Schlauch nie ohne Felgenband über die Speichenlöcher montieren!- Zur Steuerung /Platine:Entgegen einiger Rezessionen ist dies nicht mehr offen, sondern limitiert.Bei der 250W 25kmH Version fehlen Menüpunkte um z.B. das Handgas über einer Schiebehilfe hinweg zu verwenden, sowie die max. KMh zahl einstellbar zu machen (Max kmH >25 kmh). Auch lassen sich Ampere und sonstige Settings nicht einstellen. Eigentlich kann man nur Tagestripp nullen, Soll Größe einstellen und von KmH auf Meilen umstellen- thats it. Sollte man wissen, vom Grundsatz für mich jedoch vollkommen ok und verständlich, da der Hersteller eine gesetzliche Pflicht hat und Gewährleistungen übernehmen muss/sollte.TOP, dass im vergleich zu anderen, noch günstigeres Sets die Steuerplatine in den Akkuhalter integriert ist!- Grundsätzliches:Es gibt ja Front, Heck und Mittelmotorantriebe. Soweit ist nun weiß, aber auch solche, die über Stufen die Max. Geschwindigkeitsunterstützung forcieren, aber auch welche über Drehmoment/Pedalunterstützung.Bei meinen OZ E Leggera Klapprädern kann ich die Geschwindigkeit einstellen, aber auch, mit welcher Kraft jede Stufe unterstützen soll. Das kann ich hier nicht. Was sich hinter jeder Stufe (1-5) genau verbirgt kann ich nicht einsehen/ändern, aber auch dort in Hauptsache Kmh lastig.Aber unabhängig von "dieser Kleinigkeit" sollte man wissen, dass z.b: Stufe 1 bis 6 Kmh voranschiebt, Stufe 2 ca. 12 kmH, 3 bis 18 Kmh, ... Bedeutet, etwas an den Pedalen getreten und schon gehts ab auf die Geschwindigkeit der eingestellten Leistungsstufe, Thats it. Somit ist das Thema, viel treten, viel Energie sparen relativ zu sehen im Vergleich zu einem Kraftunterstützungsset (Viel, Mittel, wenig) Unterstützung unabhängig der Geschwindigkeit, welche aber auch viel teurer sind!- Fahreigenschaft:Im Vergleich zu der o.g. Referenz fährt dieses System etwas sprunghafter, nicht ganz so harmonisch (macht was oder macht nichts). Auch der Anlauf kommt etwas später (erst nach ca. 1-3 Pedalumdrehungen gehts los) und läuft etwas nach. ABER, ist Gewöhnung, kurz die Bremse angetippt läuft nichts nach! Demnach wenn man das weiß, im Alltag dann sehr gut zu steuern, denn wenn ich langsamer werden will oder anhalten möchte höre ich ja nicht nur auf zu treten, sondern habe immer die Hand an der Bremse.- Zum Thema Kabelverlegung:Das die Steuerplatine im Akkuhalter integriert ist verhindert schonmal viel Kabelsalat.Das hier Kabel zu lang wären könnte ich nun nicht bemängelt. Es gibt so viele Anwendungsfälle und Rahmenarten und muss ja irgendwie versucht werden zu vereinheitlichen das es für die Meisten auch passt. Und grundsätzlich habe ich lieber mehr und brauche es nicht als wenn ich was brauche und es nicht habe. Die mitgelieferte Tasche ist dafür optimal und von sehr guter Qualität. Ich hab da nicht viel Kabel drin und es passt bei mir noch der Gelbeutel, Handy und sonstiges Zeugs rein.- Zu den hier öfter bemängelten Bremsgriffen:Ich finde die wirklich gut und kann nicht erkennen was da so von minderer Qualität sein soll. Fühlen sich stabil und griffig an, sind auch nicht aus lummeligem Kunstsoff.- Reichweite:Kann ich leider noch nicht soviel dazu sagen. Bei uns geht es sehr bergig zu (was mir auch den Spaß am Biobike vermiest) und sind bisher gute 25km weit mit 3 Balken Restanzeige (ca. 38,5V) gefahren. Meine Frau, welche einige Kilos leichter ist als ich erzielt immer die höchste Reichweite (ca. 39,3V). Meine Feststellung ist auch von anderen e-Bikes, dass die zu schleppende Masse bei dieser Art Antrieb doch eine hohe Rolle spielt. Im Vergleich mit den OZ Leggera Klapprädern mit 7,5ah kommen wir nur um die 25-30 km weit, dann leer (Frau hat da immer einen ganzen Balken mehr Rest als ich). Wenn der Akku nicht unterhalb 3 Balken rapider einbricht gibts auch hier nichts zu meckern.- Info PAS Sensor:Ja, tat mir auch schwer zu wissen was damit gemeint ist, passt hier, aber bei Octalink nicht ...Habe keine Ahnung von Fahrrädern und irritierte mich eine Zeitlang. Ist aber ganz einfach, es geht darum, wie das Pedal mit dem Tretlager verbunden ist. Da gibt es unterschiede was die Verbindung angeht und dementsprechende Wellendicke resultiert. Kurzum, dieser Sensor ist für eine normale, wohl am meisten eingesetzte 4Kantant Verbindung gemacht. Tipp: Macht Die Abdeckung am Pedal zum Tretlager ab und man sieht es (4 Kant, 8 Kant etc.). Diese ist in der Regel bis dahin ohne ein Spezialwerkzeug demontierbar (Inbus).Fazit:Qualität/Lieferumfang und Bedienerfreundlichkeit für den Preis 1A!Habe nun meine 2 Fahrräder, welche sonst nicht genutzt werden und was für den "Schrott" gewesen wären wieder reaktivieren können (zudem Erbstücke, welche einen Ideellen Wert haben). Schön Beide wieder sinnvoll um mit Freude gefahren auf der Straße/Waldweg zu haben.Anmerkung zum Umbau des Trek 8700 (ca. 30 Jahre alt): Hier war eine Schaltung verbaut, bei welcher der Bremsgriff und die Schaltung eine Einheit waren. Habe ich getauscht durch eine neue, günstige Rapid Fire Shimano Schaltung damit ich die dem Set beigefügten Sensorbremsgriffe verwenden konnte. Auf diese möchte ich nicht verzichten. Ließ sich für mich als Laie gut machen und kostete knapp "nur" 35€.Grundsätzlich können wir mit diesem Set auch ALLE 24 Gänge weiterhin nutzen, was meinem Wissen nach bei einem Mittelmotor nicht so der Fall gewesen wäre (haben wohl meist nur ein Ritzel und keine drei).

Funciona, es muy divertido ver como tú bici se convierte en una máquina de subir cuestas...en ese sentido un 10. Cumple pero...si, hay peros.Algunos componentes se montan fácil, muy bien por el cableado. El display da información correcta, pero no se llevaba bien con el diámetro de mi manillar, una bici MTB del 2003. La batería parece tener una buena autonomía, pero no es tan fácil de encajar en un cuadro pequeño. Lo peor el sensor pas, lo intenté en 3 bicis, cuadradillo años 90....las bielas demasiado pegadas al cuadro, poco espacio...pero se solucionaPero lo bueno supera a lo malo por mucho, vale la pena.

kit livré en 8 jours seulement dans un emballage soigné. Assez facile à monter, malgré une doc. un peu 'légère' et un adaptateur de fixation de batterie que j'ai du acheter ensuite et recevrai bientôt (j'ai donc fait un montage provisoire car le système de bas de yose est inadapté à nombre de vélos) . Dommage aussi que le display n'arrive pas tout à fait correctement prèréglé, notamment sur la vitesse légale et le diamètre de la roue, et que la notice soit indigente , totalement fausse dans sa traduction française, et ne permette pas de comprendre comment régler les paramètres; rie d'intéressant trouvé non plus ni sur internet ni sur le site de Yose. J'ai donc du faire pas mal d'essai pour comprendre à quoi servent les paramètres avancé et comment les régler pour que l'assistance ait un comportement adapté à mon vélo et mes besoins. Par ailleurs à noter que la jante est de très belle qualité. Premiers résultats de conduite extrêmement satisfaisants. Et même pas une barre de charge consommée en plus d'une heure avec assistance en permanence de 1 à 5 et recours fréquents à la "manette des gaz" . J'ai donc immédiatement commandé un deuxième ensemble, pour le vélo de mon épouse , mais avec batterie en porte bagages cette fois, car son cadre est inadapté à l'installation d'une batterie.

Un peu septique, nous avons reçu le colis bien emballé, montage facile avec une deuxième personne c’est mieux, montage assez simple mais prévoir 3 heure de montage tout de même avec tout les outils fournis et de bonne facture, prévoir une clé à molette. 😊 puissance impressionnante du kit démarre au quart de tour, je recommande les yeux fermés sincèrement
