Great toothbrush. I don't need or want any of the app functionality so this is the best option.Cons: The two different cleaning modes are not displayed on the toothbrush so it is impossible to know which mode you are in; Though I am not too sure they do anything differently.

This is the first electric toothbrush we've had in years. Bought it after our dentist gave us a free iO head and a discount voucher. It was cheaper on Amazon anyway so that didn't matter.It's a next level of cleanness to your teeth. It feels like you've just been to the dentist/hygeinist every morning now. Charge seems to last about 5 days. Very thorough and easy to use. The replacement heads are a good deal more expensive than some of the earlier Oral B brushes, but on balance I'd say it's worth the extra for this latest version.If you're comparing with the other iO brushes, I really wouldn't bother with anything more than the iO3 - who needs bluetooth on a toothbrush for goodness sake!

I bought this toothbrush to replace the Oral B iO electric toothbrush I purchased from Boots several years ago but where the battery doesn’t now hold its charge for long. The new toothbrush arrived very promptly. The box was a bit battered but, very disappointingly, the Mode button on the toothbrush doesn’t work at all so one can’t change the brushing mode or see how much battery charge remains. I think the toothbrush was intended for the EU market as the package did not contain an adapter (fortunately I had one for my existing toothbrush) and the first page of instructions are in German rather than English. So I have paid £64.99 for an OralB iO toothbrush that works in only one mode and doesn’t show the battery charge level! Returning it to the seller would be expensive. Hugely disappointing and frustrating! I shan’t buy from an Amazon Marketplace Seller again!
