Also alle Wirkungen kann man nur schwer nachweisen, aber hilft auf jedenfalls als Schlafmittel wenn man einen ziemlich leichten Schlaf hat und hat keinesfalls negative Auswirkungen auf den Organismuss, muss allerdings dazu sagen auch wenn es als Indischer Ginseng bezeichnet wird, ist die Wirkung definitiv anders als der vom Chinesischen Roten Imperial Ginseng, aber dennoch durch die ganze Bandbreite hindurch positiv. Wer also mal eine Alternative zur Chemischen Mitteln probieren will ist hier genau richtig vor allem da natürliche Pflanzen im Regelfall keine Nebenwirkungen haben !
