Having initially had the unfortunate delivery issue, potentially caused by unexpected levels of pre-Christmas orders, once the two AC180s finally arrived, my initial experience in their use has been extremely positive. I am charging them on cheap rate electricity to use during peak periods to reduce my bills, and they so far function extremely well in this capacity. Please Note!!! An inline timer (Wi-Fi, digital or analogue) is needed between the mains socket and the AC180 to do able to operate them in this way. I have one to power my PC and it resides in my bedroom, and charging up in silent mode, which takes longer, it doesn't disturb my sleep. Eventually I hope to use a Solar Panel array to charge them. I hope they will provide the long service that Bluetti imply they are capable of, I will update this review as my experience of using them progresses.

This is fantastic!!! For people that go off grid with the campervan it is a must, it charges off 12v, solar and mains, to be able to charge mains equipment in the middle of nowhere is unreal, also to run things while charging is great, should have bought one for the camper years ago!!!! Great valuve for money!!!!

I bought it for my garage and it’s working great I powered many electric tools and old metal lathe the power station didn’t let me down. Problem I had it’s wen I left it in 20% for one month I meant didn’t use it it drained it self to 0% and the unit didn’t start again and refused to take any charge… It’s not acceptable for so expensive units where saying that there is discharge and overcharge protection to go so low in discharge and make the unit stop working.Solution for this problem is only 2, first to send it back and let them to repair it or repair it yourself. To repair it yourself you will need to dissemble the unit get the battery out and charge it separately till it get enough power to start and then it will start working and will let you charge it and use it. Many people get the same problem but no one saying it here in the comment.As I say, this is great power station but be careful when charging and discharge the unit because the fault is not acceptable it will kill your battery.I Hope the information will have someone.

An excellent quality product with all the features, power and ability that I needed. Charges fast, runs all my laptops and phones for days on end. Is a great back up to my dual leisure battery system when I go away in the van, this capacity adds an extra 2 to 3 days of off grid power for me easily. Build quality is excellent, the app is great to use and easy to set up and to top it all off I've found the customer service to be outstanding. Highly recommended 👍

Solid and robust

I’ve only had it a short while, but so far I’m really pleased with it. Bought for a Campervan and is powerful enough to cook a meal in a ninja foodie and have plenty of power left.

At first I thought that this product was a game changer but now after 2 years the charge doesn't last anywhere near as long and to be honest I am left feeling quite disappointed.

It’s absolutely great for my narrowboat. Works well although some of the USB slots are wobbly which could deteriorate over time which I’m hoping is not the case. Delivery took a few weeks and I was sent a wrong tracking code. Customer service was nice although I was annoyed at the length it took in between ordering the item and receiving it
