Nordic Ware Naturals Aluminum NonStick Baker's Big Sheet

These are the best cookie sheets. I have ever purchased. They are very easy to clean without any abrasive sponge as long as they sit in water and dish detergent even for a short amount of time. I bought a complete set for my daughter who was very impressed by how easy they are to clean. They work well with roasting veggies or meats as well. They do not warp when in the oven and are reasonably priced. The best part is that they are made here in the USA!

I prefer to bake my bacon in the oven; it's much easier and always cooks evenly with a lot less mess compared to frying on the stovetop. These pans are perfect for large batches of bacon as well as other things. I buy 3lb packages of thick sliced bacon, and with this pan can bake up to half a package (1.5 lbs) in one go. They take up pretty much the entire oven in my apartment, but they do fit and work wonderfully. As aluminum is a relatively soft metal, they are easy to lightly scratch/scuff on the bottom through normal use but the top has held it's shine, though I almost always line with aluminum foil or wax paper for easier cleanup depending on what I'm baking. I don't bake cookies etc, but if I did I'd use these and some large cooling racks. Every kitchen should have two baking sheets this size, especially if you bake/cook for multiple people.

I like this sheet because it is really big, filling a rack in my standard sized oven. Just make sure you want/need something this big. I did notice a small scratch in the finish already, after only 2 uses, and that surprised me.

For years, I have used three separate cookie pans at a time while baking, and putting the cookie sheets on different levels. This pan is amazing because of the quality and also because of the quantity of cookies you can bake at one time. Using pam, I have yet to overcook a cookie or have the cookie stick to the surface. Also, you can bake up to 36 cookies on this pan, and they all turn out perfectly. This cuts down on my baking time tremendously. This pan cooks each cookie uniformly, and cuts down on oven use. Environentally friendly. As a mom, I have to bake cookies or goodies for school all the time. So this makes my life so much easier. I bought a second one for holiday baking, I have a second pan ready to go filled with 30-36 cookies at a time. This is a must have for anyone who loves to bake and is worth the investment.

It fits perfectly in the oven so you aren't wasting space. Love the nonstick feature because I use it to make babyback ribs. The sauce did slightly stain the pan, so I called customer service, They were great! Here is what I've learned: inside dimensions 19.5x 13.5x 1", lifetime warranty as long as you don't use bleach, abrasive cleaners, products like bon ami, put in dishwasher, cooking sprays, and heat above 500 degrees. It's PFOA free. So the discoloration from the bbq sauce is only cosmetic and doesn't affect the warranty nor performance of the nonstick. After making the ribs, the baked-on sauce just wiped clean! I also made cookies and the embossing on the pan didn't affect the cookies at all. They all baked evenly, even the ones on the embossing.

This product arrived damaged. The corner of the pan arrived looking like it had been sanded down with a band saw. The non stick coating was gone, and the pan was sharp. Unfortunately, I didn't open the package in time for a return as I was moving. Do not recommend buying.

My wife makes hundreds of dozens of cookies in a year and I run the oven (pans in, out, taking the cookies off the sheets and onto the cooling papers). These are the best pans I've worked with in 35 years. Even heat, best non-stick (even for mm cookies) and they come in various sizes. My wife likes that she can get 20 on the big sheet and they don't expand into each other.

These are fabulous! First one I rec’d, had 2 large dents so I returned it. Next one was perfect, and I bought two more.
