Great knife!
Hubby bought this for me for Xmas cause I requested it. It’s really great for chopping and mincing. It’s very pretty and has a good weight. If you learn how to use it, it’ll become your go-to knife.

Knife is shipped dull.
The knife is of great quality. My only concern is that it arrived dull... A boasted quality German knife of this quality and cost should not arrive Dull. If I didn't know how to sharpen knifes , I would have definitely returned it, but have no time to wait for another knife turn around. If you can sharpen knives, then it's a great choice

So sharp I had to get stitches for the first time in 30+ years
Stellar knife, super sharp and now my go-to for dicing and chopping up vegetables, among other tasks. Just be careful washing it and you might have a new tool for the kitchen that doesn't send you to the ER.
