After reaching out to customer service, they replied promptly with a solution and sent a replacement one. Much better quality, and fantastic customer service - highly recommended!

A beautiful, well-made, and very useful tool. It’s two sided (which I did not expect), strung so it can be used to make pasta of two different widths. It’s pretty enough that it could be stored by hanging it on the wall if storage space is limited. I’m very happy with it!
