Try allways to understand the hearing aids with someone else, especially if you as a person are not a technology enthusiast. Another person wrote in an feedback post. Give it two months using it. So, you understand it. Specially important for the custumers that need a really affordable hearing aid. Last advise. If you are not a technology afficionado, try to get help, in learning how to use the hearings aids. Bought them for 159.20 on prime day. Bought them for my dearest mother. And helped her in understanding how to use them. The hearing aid Vivtone 509 work better than a $ 3000 or 6000 dollar pair. To finish. If you are not tech savvy, try to ask a friend to help you. Vivtone 509 has 3 modes: 1 normal, 2 noisy, 3 tinnitus. and a volume up and down control. A Must Buy. Bought this for my mother she hears again. Like the baterry life, quality of audio and that the charging pod also has battery. Will recomend to any person that has hearing deficency

Normally I wouldn't give anything 5 stars the first day it has been received but I'm going to step out on a limb because right out of the box they are wonderful!! I've been trying to find a hearing aid that actually works for me and after much disappointment and trying numerous other brands and having to send them back, I was about to give up. I am so excited about these Lucid 508! Not only do the devices seem like they're going to be exactly what I need so I can HEAR AGAIN, I am so impressed with the pamphlets included as well! Simple instruction, large print, easy to understand!! Fabulous!

They fit very well, the instructions were very easy to understand!

I've had these hearing aids for a couple of months and they work just fine. They are meant for folks like me that have a minor to medium hearing loss and they fill that need just fine. I use them at next to the lowest volume right now but as I get older I expect I will need more volume and it is there for that need. The really neat thing about this product is the way they keep charged. The case itself is charged the normal way using the USB cable provided but then the case itself charges the hearing aids and keeps them ready for use at all times. (no need to keep the case plugged in all the time, only when the LED indicator shows that it needs charging.) When the aids are placed in the case they are automatically charged by the case and they are turned off. When you remove them from the case they come on right to the settings where they were set last time they were used. Sometimes todays technology is awesome!

I have now used this for over a week. I suffered from a sudden hearing loss in my right ear and my left ear already had hearing loss from long time. So i had to get some hearing aids to help me hear. These ones are reasonable and provide a good amplification of sound. I have used 2 out of the 3 modes. Mode 1 - is for home where you can hear your house members speak. Its good. It amplifies a bit loud and the ambient noises also get amplified. There is no way to do fine tuning. However it works good for me. I can now hear my kids and my wife and have conversations with them at home.Mode 2 - Is for noisy environments. I have used it outside and didnt find it much different than mode 1. the ambient noises get amplified too much but still better than hearing nothing at all. I havent tried this in a bar or a meeting room to see whether it works good.Mode 3 - Tinnitus masking mode. I dont have that problem so not used this mode.overall i am pretty happy for the purchase. Its reasonable, its very small barely noticable on the ear, has good charging and caryy case. There are 3 settings for volume but sometimes you need to further reduce the amplication but you cannot. thats the only complain i have.overall its a good buy

My neighbor is 92 years old. He hasn’t been able to hear for a long time. He told me that he once bought some hearing aids and paid thousands of dollars for them. He said they didn’t work and he got a refund. I told him we should order him something off of Amazon. Of course, he could barely hear what I was even saying and definitely does not know what Amazon is. Lol. So I got on Amazon myself and found this pair here. The day that I got the package, I rushed straight to Charlie’s house. I was so excited but also nervous bc I wasn’t sure if they would work. He sat down and I helped him put these in his ears. I powered them on and as soon as I started talking he started smiling. He was so happy!! They are easy for him to use. About a month later, 1 of the devices started malfunctioning. I emailed the company, Vivtone, directly.. A nice lady named Tanya replied within minutes. I returned the pair and she sent a replacement! This company goes above and beyond! My neighbor ,Charlie, loves this device. He told me “never take anything for granted, even your hearing.” I am overwhelmed with gratitude from this whole situation. I highly recommend this device. Great value and very easy to use!
