These are surprisingly well made for the price. I used four of them on a stand holding a tandem bicycle. Total weight of the whole assembly is probably 50 pounds. They roll and swivel very freely. I'm sure they could handle several times this much weight with ease. The wheels are quite small in diameter so they won't roll easily over rough surfaces or things like expansion joints in a concrete slab. They probably wouldn't be great on carpet either for the same reason. But on a hard floor they are ideal.

I recently had hip surgery and bought this desk so I could work from my couch in a reclined position, the wheels the desk name with constantly got clogged with dog hair (I have a shedder) and made moving my desk impossible, I got these to try on my desk and it had made a world of difference, my desk moves at the push of a pinky but doesn’t move as I type away or move my mouse on top the desk, it’s made a major improvement to life, best wheels ever, seriously! Low price and super sturdy! Took minutes to screw into my desk, might buy more for other random things around my house

Use for metal table, smooth & silent.

I'll give these 4-stars for now, unless I have issues with them later. I installed then stands I built for my wood working power tools, so I can move them around easily to get to the tool I need. Everything is in the garage on a concrete floor, so no issues with the wheels themselves being only 1". They seem to roll well, and do lock. But watch your fingers when you go to unlock them if you can't get it with your foot. Then snap back hard.

These casters are very strong given they're size. Nice low profile and smooth operation. Very useful light duty casters.

I bought these as a replacement for the casters on my daughters vanity chair. I was filling expecting to need to replace all 4 wheels to insure a balanced smooth roll, but the matched the existing one perfectly.The included screws where smaller than what I removed however.

They were a little small for what I needed. I'll use them for a smaller project
