I'm used to an older style trigger point ball, but they changed the design and now it's too hard and more like a lacrosse, which I have found causes resistance in the muscle.This is really nice, and is a comfortable hardness. And I can get a deep pressure without risk of the ball rolling and causing injury. These are a great tool, and well designed and it's easy to change up the points. I use it while lying down. Recommended.

I’ve bought massage guns, bands, lacrosse balls, this trigger point massage does better than all of those at a fraction of the price. It puts pressure on the spot you want it to and won’t slide out. I absolutely love this product, it is a game changer. I would have left a 5 star review if it came with a better bag, it unraveled and fell apart day one and I am not rough with my possessions. Due to to product being multiple pieces the carrying bag is necessary and part of the product.

The media could not be loaded. Right when I opened the box, I knew I'd love this. Usually I use a tennis ball to roll out tight spots, but this thing definitely tops it. The material itself is like a rigid rubbery consistency that feels really nice and helps it stay in place well. The flat bottom on the base is nice, and keeps it in place perfectly as it should. It comes with three interchangeable heads with different levels of intensity that screw in and out of the base, and lock in place very well with no wiggling. I would recommend starting with the rounder end to warm up the area, then move to the more direct pressure. Start by moving in circles or back and forth over the area of pain or tightness, then you can pinpoint a spot and relax into it with deep breathing. I have a bad area on my back that I've had for years, and after using this it felt great! I'm also a massage therapist, and have been finding a lot of relief for my forearms after using this. Absolutely would recommend!

What is there to say, I have some areas around my lower back that get tight from either sitting in a desk chair all day, hiking, or just because the wind blew right.I have only used the rounded top but can place it on the floor, find spots in my lower back to buttocks and then move my leg around while laying on this thing and it will dig right into the muscles. You can find the exact locations and really work out any pain. If I work any muscle too hard it can lead to tenderness the next day but 9 out of 10 times I feel soo much better the next day. Must have if you get any knots

This product is less expensive compared to its counterparts which had me hesitate to buy it. But the ease of use and interchangeable heads with different intensities is such a good value! Bought several of these for gifts to work our trigger points.

This little gadget is worth 10x the price! I have battled trigger point pain for over 10 year and have tried professional massages, massage guns, rollers and every other type of massager out there. My search is over with this little gadget. The material is firm yet comfortable. The smooth service doesn’t pinch or stab into the skin. The platform helps the head to stay put while I’m massaging an area while laying on it. The 3 different heads allow for the perfect shape to relieve the pain although I really love the pointed end. I can really dig into the pain area with that one and massage out the trigger point. I can’t say enough for this little massager. Just order it!
