B01 Wireless Bluetooth Microphone Speaker Zello PTT 4.2 for W7 N60 W2PLUS Network Radio and Android Mobile Smart Phone Work with Zello/Real PTT

First one had an issue where the volume down button had the same function as PTT. The replacement I requested functions as it should. On an older Surecom B01 mic, the PTT stopped working on new versions of Zello. This one worked immediately after pairing. It also worked with the AnyTone AT-D878UVII Plus with firmware version 3.04 I also tried it with the Btech UV-Pro and the Icom IC-705 and it worked as a speaker, no PTT capability. It would not pair with the Yaesu FT3D. Works with Echolink on some devices. PTT would not work with Echolink on a Galaxy S23 Ultra or Galaxy Tab S6 lite. Worked on a Note 4, and 3 different network radios.

This mic is perfect. I use it with the PTT system we have at work (Zello). Worth every cent.

This doesn’t work for me. Even paired it with Inrico T320, three of them as the matter of fact. The speaker function is fine but the PTT function does not work. Not sure if it a defective device or not. I have two of the early version of B01, the belt clip of this one is a little longer than the previous version. This causing issue that this newer version does not fit in my charging cradle that were made with the shorter belt clip. USB-C charging port is nice but I don’t really care since I have a drop-in charger for the older B01. The older version was paired to 7 of my devices as “B01”. This version was paired to all of my device as “B01PTT-09A2”. I did not want to take another chance, so I will be returning this for a refund. I will keep an eye out for the older version. I still have two of them old version, they should last me for sometime. Back in the box and heading back to the drop-off location.

Little confusing when pairing with Zello. Go to (Compatable PTT Buttons Lower right corner there is a "add" button it should connect. you have to add the channel that you want it to go over Under "Button Contact" add the channel that you want and it'll work. (Figured i'd write this so people dont have to go through what I did.)

I don't do a lot of reviews, but this is a great product. Audio on both ends is fantastic. For those that are having issues with PTT, don't forget to assign the PTT button in the settings once it's paired.

This works great with my older Galaxy phone which is fine because that's what I want to use it on but if you have a newer phone you need the mic that says 5.2

When used with a Push To Talk (PTT) app such as zello, when you have cell coverage, this pairs with your cell phone via Bluetooth and gives you PTT communications with another user with a similar setup. Re: distance, you're only limited by cell phone coverage.

Great design and great sound. Would be 4 stars if it connected to my phone everytime it was cut on and I didn't have to delete it and reconnect it
