I also tried dumping a lot of 72% after it completely dried out myself 84% and it still wouldn't enter the ideal range. It's bad enough the product didn't work, but it also wasted my money on boveda packs. Edit Contacted the store and they were very quick to resolve my issues. They gave a full refund and even sent a new box with accessories as compensation. The new box is retaining rh levels well during the seasoning. Some weeks need to add more than usual distilled water. If you keep it in an air conditioned room it will hold at 65%. The lock is kind of clumsy, but effective. Storage is not bad, it will fit 30 cigars. Depends on the size if you are putting Churchill in,you are getting 20 maybe 25. The weight of it is decent, but not extreme. I have had it for 3 months, and no leaks. Easy to stock. No foul odors, wood is not stained.
