Easy to use
I bought the Ravioli mould in order to make homemade pasta for the first time. It worked great once I got the hang of it. I stroke the mould with a little flour before placing the dough so it wouldn't stick. After adding the filling and closing the mould, I kept it closed and removed the dough outside in order to get a nice ravioli shape.As I'm a pasta virgin I cannot compare this tool to others but it worked fine and made nice shaped raviolis.
