Could you stack another set of drawers on top

I have stacked them together. Just put some Velcro on the bottom of the legs and then pop them on top

Do I need I drill to build?

No, all tools required are provided in the pack. Really easy to build.

Yes, but it will depend on the size and weight of the TV. Though I wouldn’t recommend a large or heavy TV over 40”. Also the unit will have to be anchored to the wall.(fixings provided) as the weight will shift unevenly if several drawers are opened at the same time. Hope this helps.
