We run a concession stand at a busy ice rink. We serve thousands of cups of hot chocolate. We needed a bettor way to have plenty of hot water ready when needed. We use 2 Bunn coffee makers and this water heater to supply about 20 gallons of hot water per day. This heater is set and forget we just have to watch the temp and not use if it gets below 70 degrees C. Have been very happy with the performance of the heater, recovers quickly when the temp drops below what we set as our minimum (70 degrees C) to our desired 80 degrees C. Slim and fits in our Concession trailer like it was made for the spot. Very glad we took a chance on the water heater.

Defective after a few months of use. Water got into electric screen making the equipment malfunction. Normal use but condensation water travel to monitor and cause malfunction. Hard to get warranty replacement. Amazon does not assist with that.

I purchased this about three weeks ago, and it works really well! The overall quality is good and well worth its price. The machine automatically refills the water for me, while also boiling it quickly. This machine is efficient and easy to use, great purchase!

I bought on Dec. 18 2023, installed in our kitchen to replace the old one. We made the connection to the water pipe and turn on the valve the water came out directly from the back steam hole. I sent question to the seller no response just refund.

works fine but health inspector made us disconnect and remove from premises.

This hot water dispenser is a perfect size and has a slim design, allowing the tower to easily fit in with your coffee brewer and other beverage machines which we like. It was everything I intended it to be. Very efficient use. It makes excuting our bar needs even quicker. Ample amount of hot water.

You cannot add water at the top it must be connected to a water line.
