Will these fit disposable underwear?

Yes assuming that you have granny-pants-like disposable underwear.

How long is the pad in cm?

Our Maternity pads are 36.5cms long and 17cms wide.

are thewse parfumed pads?

Hi, great news our Lil-Lets Maternity pads are fragrance free with no unnecessary perfumes.

Are they better than Always night pads for heavy periods? Always doesn't cover well, not good for watery or heavy clots periods.

Lil-Lets Maternity pads are longer than most night pads, so ideal for when you move around in your sleep. They come with a wider section at one end that you can place at the back or the front of your underwear depending on your favourite sleep position too! Perfect for heavy and very heavy flows, so any fluid lost will be absorbed easily without leaving you feeling uncomfortable.
