Wow - it works!!!
I bought this to work with 3/4" emt galvanized tubing. And it did a great job. I needed to build a roof for a garden hoophouse using conduit. I stretched about 15 pieces of conduit in about a half hour. It was a two step process because the first step will not quite stretch it enough so you have to change dies and stretch it a little more. The slip joint it created was about 3/4 of an inch long so one conduit can slip into the other quite easily. A quick weld will give me a strong joint that should do the job. My only concern was for the tapered pin that extends out and forces the dies to separate but the pin can be screwed out and hopefully replaced. After doing 16 joints, there was almost no wear on the pin. It does take a little effort to pump the hydraulics but if I can do it at 80+ years old any younger person should not have any problems.

It's a good tool
This is the second Vevor tubing expander I have bought. The first one lasted a solid 2 yrs+. It did wear out, but I bought a new one. It cost $30-$40 less. I love this thing. I got my contractor to buy his entire crew the same model.

A right angle unit was what I really needed.
Works, but once I started doing stuff, I ended up buying another one that was a right angle, so I could get into tighter spots.

Please don’t buy
Awful, Tried the 3/4 expander on 3/4 type L copper, my triceps were cramping trying to expand it, I’m 190 6’4” not like a weak guy … so might be the wrong size… I put the 7/8 expander in there cracked the pipe on the 5th pump each time Do not buy this just buy the couplings Just started my return process for this

Ricevuto in tempi brevi. Ancora non ho avuto modo di provarlo. Per il momento do cinque stelle. Poi quando sarà modificherò la recensione.

For the price of this item I don't think you can really complain about too much especially if it is on sale. So I purchased this for little projects not using it commercially So I couldn't vouch for those people. But I'd expect anybody doing it commercially has a higher budget to look into a higher price range... But here are my first impressions so far: The case holds all the parts and some room for 4 extra dies, it includes a deburring tool and a cutter which can cut up to 2inch diameter aswell. The tool it self looks like the common handheld hydraulic press seen on a alot of tools like lug crimpers brake flaring tool and cable cutters etc. which means replacing seals and parts should be readily available. Except for the cost might be just cheaper purchasing another one if it gets worn to that extent. The dies are 6 piece which isn't the highest quality for getting a smooth round expansion but again the cost outweighs that. Just expand and loosen slightly then turn and expand again to get more of a true rounded end. The dies come with a little bit of grease in the inside which I suspect should occasionally add during heavy use or if the grease gets washed away over time to ensure the tool lasts and doesn't damage anything. The deburring tool blade is removable. The pipe/tube cutting wheel can be removed but most likely not cost effect to try to source a replacement when it gets worn or chipped. All in all I'll give it 5 stars allowing hobbiests to access entry level tools that work decently for small tasks.

Perfect inexpensive pipe flaring tool, works a treat. For copper pipes it's a good idea to warm the tube before flaring. Enough flaring 'heads' for most applications, solidly built and very easy to use. I've used it for expanding a generator exhaust connection to take the fumes outside. It flared stainless tubing enough to slide two lengths together to exit my garage. I've also used it on copper water pipes without any problems. Great tool I wish I'd had years ago!
