The day before delivery I received a text message asking me to confirm I would be in that day - so delivery was a breeze. Another review on this product was negative about Forest but this is the third delivery I've had over the last ten years from then and all have been fine, the display at the RHS shows and I've previously bought direct from them at Hampton Court Flower show. Main thing is to check the parts with the delivery driver before they go - they are all listed out on the instructions, this pergola only has 19 pieces plus the screws. It took me half a day to install and can be installed by one person if you do it in stages slightly differently from the instructions. i.e. post by post putting the cross beams over to make sure it is level before you put the next post in, use the rafters to check post distance, fit the trellis before you concrete the next posts in etc. 5 bags of postcrete used.
