York Fitness 25kg Single Standard Cast Iron Disc, Black

I ordered 4 of these bad boys (much to the complaint of the delivery driver!) and I must say I'm incredibly pleased that I did. Just getting back into lifting after a few years out (sucked in to that boring work routine!) I used to use vinyl weights but always struggled to get a decent lift as it's impossible to get a heavy load using vinyl. Iron is strong, heavy, it's not going to break or perish and you're going to wish you'd started using iron plates much sooner. I now spend less time loading up the bar and more time lifting. These are perfect for challenging yourself with any barbell lifting. Just make sure you've got a strong enough bench and bar!!

Really good weights, well made - heavy for 1" plates and came very quickly. Very, very expensive though. I saw a previous review of someone who was at odds to pay £45 per plate - I paid £80.

What more to say, it's solid, it's heavy, it fits standard bars, and it's incredible value (especially with free delivery).

Great plates, well made and will last a lifetime.

Got 2 of them, excellent addition to my home gym, they are accurate weight, look good, everything you could want from a weight disc.

Just be aware product may come damaged, mine did, although I can repair.

Was about to order after seeing decent reviews then when i saw they were charging me 45 per plate thats nearly £2 per kilo??? Its only a weight plate i find this very high price?? Is it just me?? So for 100kg there asking 180quid! Seems alot

The hole is way too small for a standard barbell, so what is this plate for?
