Have never used MSG but wow this is awesome! Only need to use a little to get a ton of good flavor. Will be buying again once I’m through my current.

I received my package yesterday and the product is almost a year past it's expiration date. I am not happy about this. I'd like a refund.

I'm used to brands that have granules shaped like salt crystals, but these are more like tiny cylinders, which threw me off a little. But the value and flavor are fine, so that shouldn't matter.

Product was good and arrived on time

I researched all the negative press that MSG used to get and found most of it appears to be based more on prejudice. I even read the FDA's report that said "FDA considers the addition of MSG to foods to be “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS). Although many people identify themselves as sensitive to MSG, in studies with such individuals given MSG or a placebo, scientists have not been able to consistently trigger reactions."I tried this when making my stir fried chicken and even went unconventional and tried some when cooking my homemade chili. My son said it was the best chili I ever made and I later told him I tried adding the MSG seasoning to it and that is why I think it tasted so much better.I recommend this brand as it is all I have ever tried and it tastes truly amazing.

Rather than the tiny cube-like crystals I'm used to, these crystals are longer prisms (but still tiny). They don't dissolve as well into foods.
