This tape has been in place now for 7 days even with showers and soaks in a bath. My physio recommended it and I watched videos on how to tape knees correctly. It did take me a couple of attempts to get the right lengths. I have stage 4 chondral disease in my left knee ( partial knee replacement pending) and osteoarthritis in both knees. I have tried numerous supports and knee braces but find they put too much pressure on my patella and increase pain. This tape provides a good level of support and worn with a patella support, enables me to continue my 5-8 mile walks per day. Inclines and declines are slightly less painful though I do still have to use walking poles. Also find it easier to do Pilates . The tape is comfortable and I haven't experienced any adverse reactions . I would highly recommend.
