They fit comfortably in my hand and are easy to clean. The box it comes in is sturdy and a great way to store the knife to keep it safe. It also has a leather sheath that adds an extra level of protection and craftsmanship.

A: I recommend that you sharpen the bbq knife by hand with a grindstone. Keep the meat cleaver knife edge and the grindstone at the angle of 15-20 degrees when sharpening.
