Hoka Bondi 3 Women Size

While I've only run in these shoes twice, I think I have found the holy grail of comfortable, easy on the joints, long distance running shoes. (I like to run about 4-6 miles 3-4 days a week.) I tore my patellar tendon 8 months ago and have been trying to get back into running. I have tried Newton Fate's which are really good for short (<2 miles) speed workouts, but my knee would hurt after 2 miles. I then tried Altra One2. While those were like running on clouds, they broke down quickly (<100 miles on them). They also didn't have much 'spring' to them, so I felt like I had to really lift my foot. The Hoka's are exactly what I want. They have an excellent cushion, feel light and springy, and (fingers crossed) people say they last >200 miles. I'll have to see how many miles I can log on them before they need replaced. I did have one problem with the shoe rubbing against my ankle bone. These shoes come with an extra set of inserts. I put the extra insert on top of the ones already in the shoe, and that raised my foot up enough so that it doesn't rub my ankle at all.

All the hype is real. These shoes are so comfortable ! I have been loyal to Nike & Brooks for year and still love those but as I am aging my joints are feeling the effects of impact. Hoka is where it's at for mid- forties body.

I love the shoe. It's pretty, super light and would probably be extremely comfortable. I ordered them in size 7. My shoe size is 6 1/2 but for running shoes I normally have to get size 7. Unfortunately, the size 7 in this product is huge!!!

We're a little to big on me but its ok since my feet swell, love that they are comfortable.

I wear inserts for plantar fascitis and they fit perfectly in these shoes. this is an awesome product.
