This cushion is just what we needed for mom.The small openings for her hip bones fit perfectly to alleviate pressure. She is very fragile and this cushion has helped her to sit much more comfortably.

I’m giving this chair pad 4 stars…the pad itself is is soft, yet firm. It fits my butt with room on the sides. However, the packaging is terrible. The pad was jammed (not rolled nicely) into a bag and taped up. I guess to fit in a small mailing bag. But it’s severely mis-shapen, one part of the foam is not springing back to life at all. I left it out for 24hours before using.

I use this cushion as extra padding for my travel wheelchair. I took a quick 30 hour trip earlier this year, and my old memory foam cushion left me sore. With a week-long overseas vacation planned for early November, I knew I needed to replace the old, worn out cushion before then. This ended up being perfect. I used it the entire week, and never experienced any soreness!

I purchased a couple of these cushions and unfortunately this one isn't nearly as comfortable for my husband as the other item was.

I sit a LOT. Work, hobbies, etc. I need cushion!This one is contoured so that helps with positioning and not getting sore butt spots.

People who design these cushions don't have sciatica. The last thing you want is pointed pressure where the nerve starts following the hamstring down the back of your thigh. This cushion shifts weight to the back of the cushion, which causes the front edge, which is a clearly defined seam, to rise and apply pressure at exactlty the wrong place. It does seem to be well made and may work for someone with a different issue.

I work an office job and spend a good 8+ hours a day in a tattered rolling chair that is super uncomfortable. There is a lot of bureaucracy so getting an upgrade takes a lot of paperwork and approval for funding from my agency. Its been two years and I finally got fed up and bought this cushion.Now its been a couple months and I have yet to flatten to cushion out. Im much less sore and stiff when I get out of my chair and much happier to stay at my desk long hours working through my tasks. The dark gray color blends in well with my chair and the fabric seems sturdy, it has not ripped despite me being rather rough with it and wearing things like sequined or glittery pants. I really like this cushion in particular because it has a strap that securely holds it on the chair and I don't have to readjust every time I sit down or worry about the cushion slipping out
