Barefoot Books Space Song Rocket Ride (Barefoot Books Singalongs) Paperback – Picture Book, March 1, 2022

I love this book, it is not only a fun book that has lots of musical elements! But also teaches about the basics of our solar system. The only thing is that the singer is kida quiet, but over all a good educational book for little ones.

I love this book to teach “Space” to my special needs preschool class. I always try to find books that are short & repetitive or maybe have a corresponding video on YouTube. I originally found the video on YouTube and had to order the book to go with it. This text is a fast-paced, short but engaging read that is perfect for my preschool-age population. The plot isn’t really complex but it still is a perfect text to teach about Space. My students love when I read this with the YouTube video.

Great book! The books comes with an audio CD and a also a short animation. The book can be read or sung to the melody of "Green Grass Grew All Around". The animation is exactly as shown on the book. My child and preschool friends loved hearing the singing version while following the book as well as watching the animation. The last couple of pages of the book provides "real facts" on the universe. Great addition to our home library! And we just found out our local library will also add this book to the collection.

Great for my students but they no longer include a cd.

My kids in my classroom LOVE THIS BOOK!!! They are aged 2-3. I read it about 4-5 times a week! Grabs their attention every time and it never gets boring for them. The other teachers are always borrowing it from me as well.
