If you’re new to electrolyte drink mixes, you’ll want to pay attention to the recommended mix/water ratio. A bit of a strong flavor if you don’t mix properly but once you do, you’ll love it! At least I do! This is probably my favorite flavor and the one I consume the most.

They are wonderful electrolytes. They taste good and really help with hydration. Excellent product.

Taste is great but there are others out there that work just as well and are less expensive.

I drink one of these daily. They are on the saltier side when it comes to electrolyte selections. I mix a packet into 40oz of water and it’s perfect! (I do like the saltier taste though). We love lemon lime! Great for post workout and nursing moms.

Horrible after taste for the lime flavor. No return and will therefore never buy again. I really wanted to like this product as I like the idea of the company with trace minerals but useless if it tastes so horrible.

Works but provides minimal minerals for the price

I have tried other electrolytes before,but,most seem to be pretty tepid and did not work very well. Yes,some do taste better,but if you are cutting out processed foods,which are drowning in salt,you need to add your own minerals. The Salty Citrus is the one to get. I tried most of the flavors at least once,this is the best one. This works for me all day and almost all night using just one packet. I still have cramping issues even using this,sometimes,and have to use 2 packets. I was short on one of the boxes I purchased here,though. 4 packets short! The next orders also had another box or two that were short 1-2 packets in each one. (I starting checking after that first box had a nearly empty corner of the box.) Quality control issue at the Trace company,or someone pilfering at an Amazon warehouse? You can push up through the box bottom with a little effort and get one out without breaking the seal. I got some straight from the source and have had no issues so far with missing packets. I did get one nearly empty packet,though. Machine error,or human error? You can't win for losing,it seems. Overall,this is the best electrolyte solution I have found so far,especially if you are cutting carbs and processed foods from your diet.
