This is a great product, and great quality. Don’t hesitate to buy one. Sometimes I wear it overnight, and I cannot really tell I gave it on.

The larger pad is great! The zipper pouch allowed me to put a folded plastic trash bag inside for added protection against the oil getting on my clothing and also to increase heat to the area. I slept with is on the liver area and did feel that it produced benefits.The neck pad however is much too big for a normal sized neck. If the Velcro was longer, it would be better. But it just hung like a scarf and that doesn’t give any benefit if it’s not touching the skin. I’m going to have to sew more velcro onto it if I’m going to use it on my thyroid.For the price, there’s really nothing like this product. I had been using the traditional method of layering oil-soaked cloth, plastic bag then heating pad, which was time consuming and messy. This product is very convenient. I just wish the neck pad was the right size for the neck.

I picked this castor oil pack wrap to assist us in using our daily castor oil. My husband has used the neck one to help the area around his lymph nodes and the larger one around his stomach area. It is thick and durable and absorbs the oil just right so it doesn't get all over the place when in use. Both pieces held up well in the washing machine each time I washed them. Would recommend.

I LOVE the belt, and it’s so well-designed:- One of the highlights is the organic cotton, which feels heavenly & super-soft.- Stylish plaid design with outer TPU material to hold the heat in.- Adjustable straps made of elastic for a perfect fit.- Velcro straps are much easier to use than buttons.- Pocket for hot pack to increase effectiveness.As far as the neckpiece goes, it’s cute and comfy, but you have to have a 17-inch neck in order for it to stay secure. The simple fix is to lengthen the inner velcro “teeth” by another 3-inches, and it’s a winner.

It's great that I can find a castor oil pack that doesn't look like a medical supply product. The design is delightful, and the quality is pretty good. I especially like the zipper pocket to place a heat pack in there. THe elastic to secure it is nice and strong and long!

Works great as an ice pack/heating pad holder. The covers are very big, which is why I got them. I am a bigger guy and many of the other wrap packs like this are TINY. This one is nice and large with large straps for me. As a bigger guy, and with thyroid issues, having a neck wrap like this is amazing. I can put a heating pad in it and put this on when I have bad days with neck pain and such.

So maybe if you're A huge lineman on the team the neck collar might fit, otherwise normal sized woman it is huge. I even tried putting a thick sock wrapped inside it and the Velcro barely caught as its too big. Its just an ok combo. You need to put another liner in it or it won't last.
