Their "skinny" shape lets you look over the top without tilting your head up and down. I have just had cataract surgery so no longer need glasses for distance, and these fit the bill perfectly. The earpieces are hinged so the glasses can be perched on top of the head without loosening the fit. They are comfortable and sufficiently lightweight to be barely noticeable when worn. The hard case is a plus, and it's about the size of a good fountain pen, so takes no room at all in a purse. Have two pairs - one for home and one for purse - and cannot recommend highly enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good lenses, very small and portable. They are excellent as an "always with me" spare pair which live in pocket. Recently, they have changed the type of plastic which they use to sleeve the arms to a much glossier, and more slidy, material, so they now tend to fall down my nose, or fall off completely much more easily than they once did. I fix that by putting heat shrink tubing over the arms. That works well and is unobtrusive, but I shouldn't have to do it, hence 4 stars instead of 5. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth The Wait *by F***7 on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2016* While these glasses took a little longer than promised (They come from England!), they are what they promise to be: very compact, very light, workable, keeping in mind, of course, that they are really small--suitable for seeing price tags, ingredient labels, phone books, and the like. Not for extended book reading. But really handy. Neat slim case as well.
