Might be ok
It may work to help with the homocystine but I am unable to take it due to experiencing one of its side effects. After about a week, I started losing more hair than usual. Ignored it for another week and a half and it was just getting worse. It's a good thing I have thick hair-for now. So I decided I should check on what has changed in my life that might have caused this.Turns out to be a side effect of TMG. Hopefully the shedding will slow down because it's ridiculous amounts of hair at the moment.

I have heard many good things about this supplement...i started using it only two days ago so i will update this in about a week or two to see how i feel...but the supply is good and you get a good dose of 1000mg per two capsules once a day. Take it about 30min before you work out. That way it is available during and after the workout.
