Light weight but enough weight to get a good jump.

These new ropes are a little stiff but it works pretty well. Length is adjustable.

Insanely flexible and light weight. It is fast and is good if you’re working at a higher level and aren’t looking to waste any time. The grip is great, despite how fast I went, it didn’t break or lost control and the material is soft and doesn’t damage your hand + doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. It doesn’t tangle at all either, the material is hard to tangle up and if it were to be tied, it’s easy to free it. Harsh workouts are suitable with this.

I love that I got a set of 2 of these jump. Ropes for an excellent price. It is well worth it. They work very well and easy to use. They turn really smoothie in your hands and comfortable as you hold the handles and not hard on the wrists, as you're gripping onto the handles, it's really lightweight. Not heavy at all excellent jump rope. And for my size of hands, the handles are the perfect size. Not too small, and not too big.

Lasted for two years and then broke. Used it 2 x a week. Not sure I'd recommend it.
