What is the correct way to put it on?

Thank you for asking. Please follow the instruction below - Step 1: Loosen all fasteners including the thumb strap. Step 2: Slide your hand into the brace. The brace is properly positioned when the thumb is in the thumb hole. Next, secure the wrist strap around your wrist. Step 3: Wrap and secure the thumb strap. Adjust all straps until the fit is firm but remains comfortable.
