Like regular sugar without the calories!!! . I was so used to regular sugar that any of those substitute wasn't able to remplace it. Then my son started to buy this product and asked me to give it a try, I was skeptical. Because I had tried other products and in my opinion they have that after taste than changes the flavor of things. This fruit monk sweetener is completely different, I'm able to enjoy my favorite drinks, homemades ice-cream and my sweet black coffee without worrying about the calories.
