Fairly easy to install and attractive. Only downside is that since they are motion detectors the two lights should come on together and they don't always.

Sensor functions properly. Don’t come with led bulb. Easy install. Nice looking and quality.

The media could not be loaded. I had to adjust the mounting hardware, by reversing the bracket for the light to sit flushed against the wall. It was sticking out too far. The frame looks nice but not the best quality. It could be nicer. The motion seems to be working, but I need to test it at night. I am not sure what the motion range is. I need it to turn on when my little pups run by.

Note: The below review is based on the VIANIS ORB Motion Sensor Light that I installed in the front of my home to the north side of my garage door. Except for style, it is essentially identical in how it functions to another Vianis lamp I reviewed which I installed just outside my front door. I like both lamps, but prefer this style for this application. The other VIANIS ORB Motion Sensor Light is a bit more cubical and has thin metal straps forming a cage that encompasses the water ripple glass glob. At the time of this review, it is also available on Amazon.The VIANIS ORB Motion Sensor Light, with its seed glass lampshade, is an outdoor illumination device that works well for adding motion detected light to the front of a home or anywhere else where the existing outside light needs upgraded. The area around the front of my home is illuminated by three lamps that I keep turned off to save electricity. Therefore, when the sun goes down, it can be quite dark, especially in the winter months. It isn’t a welcoming or hospitable nighttime environment for people who need to access my front door (unless you’re a burglar). I felt this light fixture, with its motion sensor, might be a better option for a safer and more hospitable pathway leading to my front door, while still conserving electricity.The attractive fixture, which is reminiscent of coach lights from back in the days of horse drawn carriages, is made almost entirely of metal and glass and gives a distinct impression of quality and durability. It was easy to wire and attach to the wall/electrical box with the included instructions. It took me about half an hour to install. For a common installation, all the pieces that are required are included with the fixture. It does, however, require the user to purchase a dimmer enabled light bulb (I chose a 60 watt equivalent LED).The motion detector works as indicated in the catalogue description. Apart from activating at dusk and deactivating at dawn, there are two primary modes: (1) It detects motion and turns on to the full brightness of the chosen bulb and then off when motion is no longer present or (2) It will stay on from dusk to dawn at a reduced level of illumination and then go to full illumination when motion is detected. It will then go back to the lower level after motion is no longer present. The lower level of illumination can be adjusted from 10% to 50%, but by default it is at 30%. The motion detection and the dusk to dawn features are not adjustable, although adjusting the modes and illumination brightness was surprisingly easy. The motion detection does not work perfectly. It turned off prematurely when I was approaching the device head-on and failed to immediately turn the light on when I came around a corner (where I was almost directly under the lamp). These anomalies, however, seem to be a common problem with most motion detection enabled lamps that I have used. It seems a failing of the technology, rather than this particular lamp fixture.Not being an electrician, I was a little worried about how easily this light fixture would install and adjust. I was pleased to find it was quick and easy on both counts. I’m glad I got it and ordered another to finish upgrading the driveway lighting on the front of my house. Although they would never admit it, I’m confident the neighborhood cats are pleased with the added illumination they now have as they roam and stalk, passing from one home to the next, looking for tidbits, fights, and dreaming their estrus inspired fantasies.
