This incredible bra liner is top quality, made of viscose from bamboo and organic cotton, and is comfortable and machine washable (air dry only). The liner is held in place by the tension of the bra or the weight of the breasts, and it wicks sweat, eliminates discomfort and chafing and makes wearing bras a far more comfortable experience. Because there are 4 liners in every pack, you won't have to do laundry every day. The size should be selected based on the bra size you wear. The liners are longer than you expect and I only needed Large whereas I buy XXL tshirts. Wearing the liners as shown in the pictures, fitting underneath the boobs with an underwired bra, keeps me comfortable and dry. A little fiddly to get right and in place but there now and it feels comfy and soft. I would say that I didn't heed the advice of previous reviewers and buy a smaller size and wish I had.
