Tiffany & Co Ballpoint Purse PEN Refills 3 Refills Blue INK Made in USA

These are a PERFECT fit for the old Tiffany Sterling Silver purse pens from the 1970s and 80s. This is important because most other refills are too thick at the ballpoint tip and will Not fit the small diameter opening of the Tiffany and Anson pens. Be sure to get the ones that are 4.25" overall length size - unless you have a longer Tiffany pen (you can always cut off a too long one and epoxy seal the end, but it is easier to just get the correct size). They also fit the much older (50s, 60s, 70s) Gold Anson Twist pens IF you still have the inside out threaded end off an older dried out Anson refill. The old end just pulls off. The end is a loose fit in the Anson threaded refill end, but a small crimp with a pair of channel locks to make it ever so oval shaped allows the desired snug but not super-tight fit into the threaded end so you can thread the old assembly into the Gold Anson Twist Pens. so Now my old monogrammed Anson pen can write again!!! NOTE: These will Not fit the larger Tiffany T-Clip twist pens. Those pens will take standard Cross ball point refills.

My aunt gave me a sterling silver Tiffany purse pen when I was in junior high (I'm 50 years old now). I've taken great care of the pen but had no idea where to get the refills. Tiffany staff have been incredibly unhelpful in this regard over the years. The ink color is a lovely blue; the medium nib is finer than usual - I prefer a fine nib and this is pleasantly thin. I contacted the seller prior to the purchase and was reassured that if anything was amiss, I would be able to return everything and receive a full refund. With confidence like that, how could I go wrong? I highly recommend this seller and this product.

I'm very happy this worked! I have an old Tiffany pen, but they no longer make the refills. it is the thin blue purse pen. Works perfectly and writes well too. This pen has been sitting aside for many years and I can use it again.

The pens refills aren't a perfect fit and that's frustrating. Still writes well but the pen will get on the inside of my purse so I just stopped carting it around with me.

My refills just arrived for my silver Tiffany & Co purse pen. They fit!! I was so worried I'd never find the Anson refills, since the pen was purchased in the 1980's! Well, they fit perfectly. They are 4 1/4 inches long, like the original. First, I didn't see the site for the blue ink ones, only the black, but after Stephjoe emailed me, I cancelled and reordered in blue ink. I'm so thrilled to be able to use my pen again. It has a lot of sentimental value to me. Thanks Stephjoe.

The refill seems to be of good quality; however, when I put it in the pen (a $150 Tiffany ballpoint pen) I could not get it to roll in and out of the pen as it should. I'm still working on ti and don't know whether it's the pen or the refill. Still working on it -- put it down in frustration and haven't tried it again. Will let you know.
