Not the same as photo or picture on box
So I got this last night and was surprised it was so firm I thought maybe I ordered the wrong type because I wanted a soft brace and logged in this morning and I see the one I was sent is different from the picture. The picture looks soft and colors are different. The braceup tag is on this though. I may keep this because I like it better than the firm brace I have but I really wanted a soft brace for sleeping. I could not sleep with this on too thick for me but quality seems nice. Just to make ppl aware the picture on box and post may not be what you get. The gray and black photo

Comfortable fit for hot or cold 😊
The only neck wrap that relieves my neck pain from a 10 year old surgery. Adjustable size, comfortable gel interior, and can be put in freezer or microwave! The best I have tried yet!!

Big and stiff not comfortable at all
I have a neck injury and it’s near impossible to find one that matches the collar I have at home. I can measure and read reviews but have yet to find a collar that isn’t much larger than described in the add and way too stiff.

Stiff and uncomfortable
I found this very uncomfortable. I got this as I have chronic neck pain from an injury, hoping it would help relieve some discomfort while sitting. Its very stiff and bulky, and provides no comfort for me at all. I thought it would be more like a softer foam, but its harder and does not feel very good around my neck.
