This product is great for those who have big ears. I have been using this product from past couple of months and in intial days itself i found that these earbuds are not at all comfortable and it started effecting my ear even with limited use of 1 hour it does same as shown in the picture.

I bought Urbn 800 earbuds recently. I am impressed with the sound quality. The bass is deep and clear, while the treble is crisp and sharp. Overall, the sound is well-balanced and truly enhances the listening experience. best features of these earbuds is how easy they are to connect. With just a simple touch, they are instantly paired with my device. The battery backup of these earbuds is also quite good. I have been using them for a few days now and I have not had to charge them once. The design of the Urbn 800 earbuds is sleek and modern. The touch controls on the earbuds are also very responsive and easy to use. I can easily skip songs, adjust the volume, or answer calls with just a tap on the earbuds. Another great thing, earbuds is the noise-cancellation feature. It blocks out external noise and allows me to fully immerse myself in my music or podcasts.

This is a bad product from a bad company!1. Battery on the earpods themselves have given up after less than 6 months of use. No amount of charging will have these earpods to be usable again.And this was product was already replaced once for the same reasons.

Only one side seems to be working properly. Left side gets discharged within 10 mins of using. Also takes a long time to charge. Sound quality is not that great. Mic is fine. For this price, not worth it at all
