Theses things are awesome. My wife uses them everyday. The quality is just the same or better as the TRX kind. I like being able to easily adjust the length of the straps so both my wife and I can both use them. There are a number of different exercises you can do with them and the more you use them the more you can get creative in the exercises you can do. To get started just get on you tube and as you progress you can modify things for your level of fitness.

This is a solid setup. It's every bit as good as the yellow type at the gym. I actually like the strap adjustment better on these.

This is a great little set and strong. I would have liked the manual that they talk about, but it was not included. Otherwise inexpensive and very useful for exercising in a small space or added to your home gym. It so easy to install and i am the worst at following installation directions. The straps won't snap like the colorful bands that suddenly wear out and smack me in the face. I think the weight restriction is 250 lbs but I don't know what they mean by that, I'm surely not going to be anywhere near that limit! Worth the money!

Durable and exactly what I needed for suspension training.

I’m no stranger to suspension training. I’ve used the TRX system before for many different movements/workouts. I tried to save some money by purchasing the Thysol one. That was a big mistake. As soon as I put some weight on the straps for rows, the buckle in the one strap gave out and the strap slid all the way down without stopping. Had I not slowly lowered my body weight carefully, I would’ve injured myself. If you want a suspension trainer, DO NOT buy this one. I think your best bet is to save up for the TRX or at the very least try a different option.

Exactly like the picture, material is strong, easy set up, hang it from the back of your door, or a hanging pole etc, multiple slots on the rope to adjust hight, it's exactly as it says it is, which is very rare

Impressive Suspension Training System. Akin to TRX systems. Really good for squats, Tendon Strength, Shoulder and Arm circles and other creative movements.Great quality, they are definitely worth the price, I was impressed with them.You can clamp them to a wall, a door top, a hook etc...The clamping system is easy to adjust and quickly removeable.Great fun and good for tendons in my opinion.

Very good item and great value compared to the famous (and expensive) brand of suspension TRaining eXercise straps. Can't fault the quality and the ease of use.
