life saver
I love to swim both to exercise and to relax. when i swim, i swim laps and I stay in the pool for an hour or so and i can do it every day. my only problem is i get stuffy and sneezy as i am allergic to chlorine. i wish i met this thing sooner. been looking for a remedy to ease my sneezing cause trust me it's not fun to sneeze back to back every 5 seconds. but when I saw this nasal irrigation system I decided to give it a try, boy...was i so happy and thought, why didn't i get this thing before. i started using it as soon as i get out of the pool and flashed out all the chlorine out of my nostrils. it worked like a miracle! my nose was not clogged, i was breathing so good and i had more clean air to my lungs after i used this to clean my nose. the beautiful thing about this nasal irrigation system is, it's portable and small enough to go into my gym bag. so i usually bring 2 packets of nasal rinse mix, put it inside in the reservoir, and the accessory that i want to use, -see photo- then when i'm done swimming i mix 1 packet of the nasal rinse mix with 8oz of water and stick in my 1 side of my nose until i finish the water and do the same thing on my other side of my nose. it feels so great after that. i'll never swim without this thing ever again. thanks to whoever invented this. easiest thing to use in the entire world.

Works great, very comfortable
I'm a 30-year old pro at nasal rinses, so all the speeds works for me, but LOW uses less water, so I'll stay at that one. I'm not sure if this cleans any better than the plastic disposable bottle, but the suction straw goes all the way to the bottom, so no water wasted. Man, not sure why, but that feels so satisfying. And I love that I won't have to keep buying new bottles and this one will be easy to clean and sterilize. All in all, I'm really happy I splurged. As for the salt & baking soda refills, I've been making my own for 20 years because it's a simple 1:1 ratio.

Best of Both Worlds
My husband was insisting I buy the one that is being remarketed-the one with the receptacle for the debris produced in nasal rinsing. Yuck. While I can see this might be a benefit for bed-ridden or the mobility challenged, most will simply save a step and use the lavatory which is the ultimate destination. Then no ucky container to rinse and disinfect. The Outstart is small enough to pack transport easily. I like the choice in speeds as well. Once one tries it out, use is predictable, no big spurts. So, start out with the Outstart.

Not leak proof
Works great...but the plastic part that holds the water usually starts leaking after a couple of months. They should sell replacement parts for that piece as well.

It Worked Great For 3.5 Weeks! 🤬
Defective or inferior motor or pump in this brand of nasal irrigators. Save your $$$ and buy a different brand. I used this daily for approximately 3.5 weeks. It charges, but nothing else happens besides lights blinking on the display buttons to power up or off, or, to change water pressure mode. This passed the return window timeframe and now I’m out of $46!!This wasn’t supposed to be a disposable personal care appliance that ends up in the trash in less than 1-month’s use!!!🤬

Decent
Never used anything like this, but seems decent. Holds charge long time, settings are useful. Does the job. Ready to use.

Great purchase!!
I use this 2x a day due to nasal surgery. Soooo much better than any manual product that I have used.
