It comes flat pack but don't be put off with that, it's very easy and simple to put together and I had it all fixed up within ten minutes. I recommend you have some silicon to seal the edges where the wood meet that way no sand gets in the gaps or any water if you plan on having high humidity. The doors are stiff on the sliders (especially one of them) but a little oil can fix that or regular usage.
