Thick webbing that works with plates or dumbbells! Look like Devon and Levan in no time.

The material may not matter to some but it did too me. I ended up returning it due to it leaving fabric, pattern, imprints on hand. This happens when you use heavy weight especially. If you do not care about that, this is the belt for you! I will be looking for a softer, karate belt type.

I'm very pleased to be the first review on this product.Excellent for its advertised purpose and beyond. works for any standing exercise you could do with a dumbbell but better. You can use it to train single digits. Wrist curls, finger curls, all the regular styles of bicep curls, upright rows, overhead press, zercher squats, front squats, static holds... the list is your imagination. Perfect for anyone who wants to add variety to their program.Haven't tested it's limits yet. But plan to soon.Only caveat, I would like to see more reinforced stitching. Not a deal breaker, but I feel overtime the strap will outlast the stitching. No worries though, will be an easy fix if that day ever comes. Will update when I see how much weight it can hold.**Background in powerlifting, gymnastics, martial arts, and grip training.**P.S. Buy two!!!!!

Way more comfortable and soft fabric than most straps. Don’t have to use karate belts anymore 😂
