Looks Great.
This looks great in my downstairs cloakroom. Guest towel hangs well on it. The satin finish makes it look very classy. Was easy to put on wall and is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want the bother of drilling holes.

Good when renting!
Very good! Sticks to tiles perfectly and has yet to come down after two months of having it! It’s secure and does the job well. Would highly recommend for renters!

I thought it was gonna fall twice - it didn't. It's holding up great now
I love command products in general, they have always worked for hanging frames and leaving no mark on the walls. I thought I would give this a try as it's an incredible pain to drill into my bathroom tiles. I must say this little shower shelf has been secured safely to the wall for the past few months, but it took a few tries.I followed the instructions closely - a MUST for any Command products in my opinion - and it seemed to be holding up well, but a couple days later one of the sides got loose (it remained adhered to the wall, but not to the caddy itself). It did not fall! Apparently the one side that was still stuck could hold the weight of like 3 containers. I fixed it back and the same happened two or three days later. I fixed again and took my time applying some pressure. I left it empty for almost a week and finally decided to try and trust it again. It has been holding up without a problem for months now. I am satisfied, the end.

No product support
We placed the caddy on the wall and it fell down in a few days. Surely didn't put more than 3kg in it. Followed intructions and all. And we do use other sticky products in the very same bathroom with no problem. Would like to return it but we experienced some delays therefore couldn't use the product within the return period. I hope to contact the seller to sort it out, maybe send a set of replacement sticky strips. But there's no available product support option so my money just went into waste

Expected Better
This product being 'Command' I expected the design to have been better thought out. I use their picture hanging items a lot, and whilst this is very good for not having to drill into the bathroom wall, its the actual blade that lets it down. I didn't pay enough attention to the photo description, and it wasn't until I went to use it the first time I realised the rubber blade is the same length as the metal holder that it sits in. And because of this when using on glass shower screens it scratches the chrome surround of the shower cubicle and any other edges you have. Normally the rubber blade is slightly longer each end on a shower scraper so that the metal parts don't actually make contact, but this one although well made, is the same length as the metal fixing. So be warned, when using, DONT run it down any edges, especially where you don't want your beautiful new bathroom chrome damaged.
