After paying a small fortune in early June for acrylic overlays and a French gel nail manicure, I used this product for the first time last week.The instructions were easy to follow and the end result was quite better than I expected it to be as I have never used any nail dip products. I'm a girly girl and love messing with my nails to have them looking perfect. My nail polish stays on a lot longer with this used as an overlay on top of my natural nails.My own nails are healthy and are a good length but I was tired of them breaking and I was not going back to the salon in my neighborhood that charged me over $60.00 for not so perfect end result that starting visibly growing out in less than a week. Plus the salon did not provide a true manicure first of pushing back cuticles; they went right to applying the dipping powder instead and then the French gel polish look.It takes time to file the product down but with patience and practice they came out great. I used the clear product as I like to polish my own nails and be able to have them look natural when bare.The amount of product provided for the price is great. The kit and powder should last a long time. I had no issues like another user of getting the product to dry. I used very thin coats and it worked as described. I highly recommend this product.

I love this product brand it works really good

This is the third or fourth dip kit I’ve got from Amazon. This brand is absolute garbage. I tried to do my nails last night and it was a nightmare. First off, the base coat dries too fast and by the time I put the brush back in the bottle and go to dip my finger most of the base is already dried! I usually like to apply base then quickly remove any I might have gotten on my skin then dip and that’s been working great - until this kit. So that’s the first problem, it does warn you that it “dries quickly” but that is absurd. The second thing I noticed is that what should normally take 3 coats of powder took 5-6 coats with this powder. It looked thick and gross, even after filing and shaping. The “top coat” is a joke. After I finally got them to a point where I could put on a top coat and did so, what a disappointment. The top coat took at least 4 coats to look like a normal gel top coat that is shiny and smooth. I’ve been doing dip nails for about 6 months and I really like the process and up until now I’ve always had positive experiences with decent products, I wouldn’t waste money on this brand again and I’m upset that I wasted money but thankfully it wasn’t super expensive. I do not, would not, could not recommend this product to anyone. (I had to take them off almost immediately because I couldn’t stand to look at them, my apologies for no pic of the nightmare.)

I want to preface this by saying I suck at doing nails but this was pretty easy. I used to bite my nails and unfortunately it’s made them pretty brittle so anytime they’d grow out a little they’d chip. I stumbled upon a girl on social media saying she used dip powder to grow her nails out and figured I’d try it for $10. This works great as just a reinforcement for my nails. That being said I wouldn’t try a color and I would definitely recommend getting a buffing block.The first time I tried it I dipped twice and followed the directions word for word and you could see the powder texture and the nails just looked very dull. They were also very thick and within 2 days they started lifting a little.After a couple attempts I’ve found what works for me. I want my nails to look natural and just give them a bit of reenforcement. Just dipping once and Using a buff block after the activator adds a bit more shine to the nail and gets rid of the look of the powder texture for the most part, I also add another brands clear coat on top.For the price I can’t complain. But I would only recommend the translucent.

This is absolutely perfect for the price. It was easy to use and my nails look just as great as if I had them done in the salon. Will continue to buy this product.

I have not used this product yet but let me tell you that this product has the easiest and most clear instructions compared to other nail products that I have ordered. They also have a how to video listed on the instructions. Plus, there are alot of how to YouTube videos on this product. Most importantly, you don't need a UV light. I have lupus and scleroderma and I take meds that require me to avoid UV light and the sunlight. This product suits my lifestyle and will save me money.

So I used this set the first night I got it, I did prep and all how I would with any other dip set, Everything was going fine until I put on the activator (step 2) and my fingernails felt like they were ON FIRE, I have never had that reaction with anything on my nails before, So if you want to try it go ahead but I threw it away.

Depois de várias pesquisas, optei por este kit inicial, por achar ser o mais completo para me estrear na manicure de imersão em casa (já tinha feito em atelier de unhas). Super fácil de aplicar e durou bem 3 semanas (não durou mais por opção minha que preferi refazer para a passagem de ano). A cor rosa fica muito mais clara que a que surge nas imagens do produto, mas é perfeita para dar um tom natural à unha. A remoção foi simples e fácil (usei o removedor da marca Kayoca, que comprei na Amazon junto com o kit de pó de imersão para as unhas). Recomendo.
